**Keep in mind that this pool heater is an electric pool heater. They run on convection heating, if the temperature drops below 55 degrees it can have trouble reaching the desired temperature. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather and we like to keep our guests informed. This will be the case for all electric pool heaters in the area as many neighbors in Lake Havasu do not have gas.
At our vacation rental, we like to provide our guests with some useful supplies as a starter pack, which you can use during your stay. You can find the complete instructions for most everything in our Welcome Book. Please also read the full house rules as well located on the listing page in “house rules” section in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.
Must be at least 24 years old to rent this property due to insurance reasons this home cannot be rented to anyone under the age of 24. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. You must rent the home for yourself and your guests. This will cause immediate cancellation to your stay.
Outdoor cameras located front and back of all our properties for security and can be used to check occupancy and “quiet hours” compliance. (Guest(s) may not disconnect or tamper with exterior Security Cameras. If disconnected/tampered with, the contract will terminate immediately with no refunds.)
City Quiet time is defined as 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. City law enforcement in the area that keeps track of any excessively loud noises in the area. No excessive noise should happen during that period. If law enforcement shows up during your stay due to any disturbances (including but not limited to; loud music, fireworks, etc) this will be immediately reported to our “Bad Guest List” which will not let you rent any of the properties within our insurance.
We require that you respect the reservation you committed to and only have the same number of people stay in the house as listed in their reservation. All guests must be included in the reservation no matter time and length of their stay this is for your safety and is required by all booking sites. Any extra guests not disclosed that are brought into the home will cause immediate cancellation of your stay and your party will be escorted out by security along with a $500 fine.
